The result of the evaluation is a project-catered report that provides general commentary about the intended design and related documentation and/or specific commentary regarding a particular aspect of the EIFS design that is of interest to the client, engineer, architect or contractor.

It is our role to offer opinion based upon specialized experience, product knowledge and industry standards in EIFS installation, to ensure that the specific installation is successful and of high value. It is at the discretion of the owner or owner’s representative (engineer, architect) to make use of the evaluation in the preparation of the contract documents, as the ultimate responsibility for the real world performance of those documents belongs to the licensed designer.
